Watching you work has been a lesson in what happens when someone refuses to play small, and then turns around and hands that same courage to everyone around them. Clients, team, strangers on the internet who just needed one person to tell them they could. You have changed more lives than you will ever get to count.

So today isn’t only about another year. It’s about the woman behind all of it — your heart, your grit, your generosity, and the quiet weight you carry that most people never see.

I hope today is slow and good. I hope you are poured into for a change. And I hope you feel, very deeply, how loved and valued you are.

Thank You for Shania — for the life You have given her, and for the gift she has been to so many. Thank You for her courage, her wisdom, and her heart for helping people rise.

Bless her today with joy that isn’t rushed and peace that isn’t earned. In this new year, go before her: give her clarity in every decision, favour in every room, and strength for the days she carries more than anyone knows. Guard her health, her rest, and her joy.

Lord, cover her family. Keep them safe, close, and full of laughter. Let their home be a place of peace, where love is easy and grace is the rule. Provide for every need, protect every heart, and bless the work of their hands.
